Project Manager- High End Residential

Our client is a highly respected and well establsihed building company that specialises in high end residential property developments, extensions and refurbishments.

Duties:

• Supporting the commercial team in developing robust quotes in terms of adding practical insight where necessary
•  Responsible for ensuring all projects commence in an organised / fully co-ordinated manner with implementation of all pre-start procedures.

• Manage project progress, variations, deadlines, and quality standards ensuring adherence to timeline / budgets and cost
• Monitor and manage at project site level direct labour, subcontractors and key material allocation ensuring resource availability to required timelines within project costs.
• Monitor and manage the performance of site staff in relation to implementation of site procedures and operations to improve efficiency and profitability providing assistance and training where necessary.

Candidate Requirments:

• Expereinced Project Manager or a Highly expereinced Site Manager looking to step up
• Expereince working on high end residential projects
• Great attitude
• Qualification (preffered)
• Able to work alone and part of a team
